DIST Online Admission Instructions (Academic Year 2025–2026)
For TESDA Programs and Senior High School Tracks

Fill out the Online Admission Form
Provide your basic details such as:
- Program/Track (e.g., TVL, Academic, etc.)
- First Name, Last Name
- Gender, Date of Birth
- Mobile Number, Email Address
Upload Required Documents
Complete the application by uploading the necessary documents (e.g., PSA Birth Certificate, latest school card/form 138, certificate of good moral, etc.), then click Submit.
Review Your Application
After submission, you will be redirected to the Online Admission Review Page, where you can review all the information you entered.

Submit your application before the posted deadline.
Incomplete applications may not be processed.
